What we offer

DJ and Music

Our DJs read the room, not a script. We learn your must-play list, your do-not-play list and the songs that mean something to you, then keep the floor full from the first dance to the last song. Your requests and enough music for the whole night live on our own drives, so we never depend on venue Wi-Fi.

MC and Hosting

A good emcee keeps the night moving without stealing the spotlight. We handle introductions, toasts, announcements and timeline cues. We also work with your planner, venue and photographer so everyone knows what's coming next.

Charity Auctioneer

Vic has called live auctions and paddle raises at galas large and small, helping nonprofits raise many millions of dollars. He brings real energy to the room and keeps bidders in the game until the last paddle goes down.

Sound, Lighting and Stage Production

From a ceremony on the beach to a keynote in a ballroom, we bring speakers, microphones, lighting and staging sized to your room. We bring two of everything critical, so one piece of gear never stops the show.

Photo Booth

Our photo booth is digital, with a backdrop and a custom design built around your names, logo or theme. You'll see a mock-up at least a week before your event, and we send you a link to every booth photo within 12 hours. Want something to take home? Prints can be added on.

Uplighting

Uplighting changes the whole feel of a room. We place fixtures around the space and match the colors to your palette: soft for dinner, bold once the dancing starts.

Projector and AV

Slideshows, sponsor loops, presentations and video tributes. We bring the projector, a screen if you need one, and the connections, then run everything on cue so you're not hunting for a cable mid-program.

Ceremony Audio

Your guests should hear every word of your vows. We bring lapel and handheld mics plus the music for your processional and recessional. No power at the ceremony spot? We can run everything wireless and battery powered.

Cold Sparks

A shower of sparkle for your grand entrance, first dance, send-off and more. Cold sparks are safe and generally accepted, but they do need your venue's approval, so we'll confirm it ahead of time.
